What are QR code menus?
A QR code menu is a printed QR code — on a table tent, sticker or card — that guests scan with their phone camera to open the restaurant's menu as a web page or PDF. No app needed; the camera app on any modern phone does it.
For the restaurant, the wins are practical: update prices and dishes without reprinting, one menu that's always current across every table, easy translations and photos, and (with a dynamic code) scan statistics showing how many guests actually open it.
The setup is simple: host the menu online (a PDF or a page), generate a QR code pointing to it, print and place it. Use a dynamic code if the menu URL might ever change — that way the printed codes on fifty tables never need replacing.
